Performance
While the 2020 Terrain already comes standard with an impressive 1.5L Turbo 4-cylinder engine, you can upgrade to the available 2.0L Turbo 4-cylinder engine to enjoy 252 hp and a 3,500-lb. towing capacity. Paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, there is nowhere the Terrain can’t take you. And with the available Traction Select System, you can toggle between a variety of driving modes available in both All-wheel drive (AWD) models and Front-wheel drive (FWD) models. Some of these modes include Off-road, Tow-Haul, and Snow.
